Loop visually embodies the raw and often inescapable experience of anxiety. I wanted to create more than just a depiction of distress—I aimed to immerse viewers in the cyclical nature of intrusive thoughts and emotional overwhelm, making them feel anxiety rather than just see it. Through a carefully crafted blend of cinematography, sound design, and performance, Loop provides an empathy-driven experience, offering an intimate perspective into a mental state that many struggle to articulate. This project was deeply personal, not only as an artistic challenge but as a way to externalize emotions that often exist in silence.
